- Homogeneous, free flowing and beige in colour. If any changes phisically, discard product.
- Colour of prepared medium with blood Cherry red
- pH (25°C) 7.1 – 7.5
- Concentration of use 40 g/l
- Preparation:
- Dissolve 40 gr in 1 L of water with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
- Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
- Once opened avoid hydration
